Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of our dispatch date.
The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
In addition all items must be returned with our special verypoolish.com return tag.
Returns can only be shipped from the country to which the goods were delivered; e.g. returns on goods delivered to Austria can only be initiated in Austria.
verypoolish.com will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of verypoolish.com.
It is advisable to send returned items by the enclosed UPS shipping document, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged if not sent by UPS.
Returns within the EU, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein are free of charge.
